UK Solutions

We have been a customer for a few years with UK Solutions and always received a good service.

We never had any downtime and their staff, although difficult to contact at times, are all quite competent.

When it cam time to cancel the service and retrieve our server we were somewhat surprised.

We told UK Solutions that we wished to cancel our service on the 1st of October 2011.  UK Solutions replied.... because they had already raised our next invoice (which covere the period 1st November 2011 to 31st January 2012) that we could only retrieve our Server once we had paid the future invoice.

So.... we have our server back mid October 2011..... but still have to pay a future 3 month invoice relating to November 2011, Decemeber 2011 and January 2012.

We did ask if this was fair and reasonable... we were told that those were the T&C's that we agreed when we 'signed up'.

We are passing no opinion on this matter just stating the facts
