How much does the simple website cost?
All we need to design and build you simple website is £500 + VAT, and in 48 hours you'll have your very own website! If you wish to include more advanced features, such as:
- customer login facility, enabling customers/members to login and edit their options, than add £250 + VAT
- enhanced search facility, enabling visitors to search through the website to locate information they require, then add £500 +VAT
£500 Automate the facility which would allows schools to email their stories directly onto the blog (http://www.privateschoolnews.co.uk/) which would then be moderated / approved before going live. This would mean the schools would post their articles themselves directly
£1000 Content Manage system so all information can be changed and add new pages added
£250 Create inbound RSS feeds (i.e. from educational institutions) but allow them to be moderated / approved before they are inserted into the blog.
£1000 Make display advertising work on a Cost Per Impression basis in a themed manner. This means when you looking at something for a county you will see ‘county’ adverts. When you look at a school in Bromsgrove you may get the Bromsgrove School Uniform shop.
Advertising will work at a National / County / Town / and School levels
For example school uniform shops at the town level
£150 Database structure analysed and updated so that it is appropriate to the searches being made and data displayed.
£200 Confirm postcode search options works correctly i.e. problems Northern Island and Isle of Man etc…
£850 Have 3 Levels of Subscription and only show the data appropriate to that level of subscription. Make all the schools come on one page
Gold – sponsor schools will appear first
Silver – may have half the data/facilities displayed
Bronze – name address and email and phone number
Free listing – just the school name
£300 London has 270 Schools. Split this area into locality regions based on Postcode
£500 News stories can be posted to the main site and the blog automatically by the school sending an email. When we receive the email we approve the story and identify which school it comes from by choosing from a drop down list, if the system has not automatically picked up the correct school from the email address). This would facilitate making changes in the backend much easier
